Icom IC-U88 UHF adalah handy talky atau radio HT yang cocok digunakan dalam berbagai situasi lingkungan kerja. Salah satu kelebihan utama dari handy talky ini adalah audio yang kuat dan jelas dengan power hingga 750mW* yang didukung oleh BTL amplifier dan speaker besar berukuran 36 mm.

Selain itu, HT ini juga memiliki frekuensi UHF 335-380 Mhz, power hingga 4W dan dilengkapi dengan baterai Li-Ion yang kapasitasnya besar sehingga dapat digunakan hingga 17.5 jam*.

HT UHF ini juga memiliki rangka yang kuat dengan sertifikasi IP54 dan MIL-STD-810 sehingga dapat digunakan di lingkungan yang keras.

HT waterproof ini juga dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur dan fungsi seperti 200 memory channel, 1 call channel, 6 scan edges, built-in CTCSS dan DTCS encoder/decoder serta 16 DTMF autodial memories.

Selain itu, handy talky UHF ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur seperti repeater lockout dan busy channel lockout, time-out-timer, power save function dan auto power off, serta wide/narrow channel spacing.

Icom IC-U88 juga mudah dikonfigurasi dan diprogram melalui PC menggunakan software opsional CS-U80.
